I am a finance professional with over a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate financial strategy. For almost 10 years, I have been based in Germany, working primarily on transactions for European companies buying or selling assets across Europe, Asia, and North America. I have also advised American and Asian companies acquiring assets in Europe.

Throughout my career, I have helped businesses across various industries and regions navigate complex transactions, restructuring efforts, and strategic growth initiatives. My passion lies in identifying opportunities that create long-term value for shareholders while balancing the interests of other key stakeholders—whether through M&A, capital markets, or early-stage investments.

I hold an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where I focused on Marketing, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. I’m also a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Accountant, which has given me a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and investment strategy.

Beyond my professional work, I am deeply interested in education, financial literacy, as well as the intersection of economic prosperity, civil liberties and the overall welfare of society. I actively invest in public equity markets and have backed some early-stage startups solving important problems, including some of West Africa’s most exciting ventures – such as Investbamboo and Risevest – through the investment syndicate LYPIC.

Outside of work, I enjoy running and playing or watching football (the real kind – played mostly with your feet ⚽️). More importantly, I cherish time with my family – my partner and our young son – who provide invaluable support in my pursuit of excellence and wellbeing.
