I am an M&A, investment and strategy professional with over 9 years’ experience advising companies in various industries and across multiple geographic regions, on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and other strategic projects. Although based in Europe, my prior experience and current mandate both cover transactions and opportunities all over the world.
As an ardent student of finance and economics, I am passionate about education and financial literacy. I actively invest in public equity markets and am constantly pursuing early-stage investment opportunities in tech-driven Startups who are solving real-world problems with practical solutions. I am currently invested, through an investment syndicate (LYPIC), in some of West Africa’s most innovative Tech startups, including Simpu, Investbamboo and Risevest.
When I am not working or learning actively, you will very likely catch me running or cycling through the park, playing or watching football, watching movies or TV shows, or exploring a new City. I am currently single / unmarried and with no kids.
I am a CFA® Charterholder, a Chartered Accountant (CPA / Wirtschaftsprüfer equivalent) and I hold an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, with a focus on Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
